Artist Statement

Joseph Liberti

The nature of the moment.

My art is an expression of my delight in life. I am influenced by my deep and tender reverence for for nature and all things great and small.  I am moved by curiosity and courage to create images that speak to the familiar yet stretch the imagination.

Using a computer and drawing tablet  I craft my story with layers of shapes, textures, color and light. My fine art prints are then infused into vivd gloss or richly-colored textured metal. 

The goal of my art is to inspire. My intention with my art is to invite you the viewer into a moment of connection with the sublime.
